I very much like this benefit from my employer - pre-tax contributions that accumulate and can be used over the plan year. The card works (or should work) like a debit card at any medical provider. Except... it sometimes doesn't work because of errors on FBA's part. In my case, they "accidentally" a duplicated in my name, so part of my funds were there and unavailable when I needed them.
