Had the services for my brother, the service coordinator was nice and very helpful. Couldn’t say the same for the help though, he didn’t get along well with my brother and social worker made my brother pay for his worker meal. Which was not part of our contract, it was a big headache for us to get a refund back into my brothers pocket. After that it just felt like there was a lot of broken trust, we were was just very disappointed.
Excellent organisation to work for. They really take care of their support workers. Lovely people.
I had problems through the support service provider I was using for my elderly mum. Though Flexi Support weren't part of the problem, I rang them and they were able to help and source a solution. Encouraged, we have since moved to a provider that uses Flexi Support's services and couldn't be happier. The cleaning person Flexi Support sends to the house is fantastic! Importantly, she gets on well with my mum. Thank you very much Lee and the team at Flexi Support - recommended!
