Very bad experience. This rental company treated me unfairly. They tried to charge me for damages I did not cause. At first, they refused to talk to me and only after I called the police they changed the report, removing some damages (like the windshield) but adding new ones instead. Their behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I do not recommend renting from this company.
I had a terrible experience with this rental company. They invented damages just to make me pay extra money. When I refused, they treated me rudely and disrespectfully. I will never rent from them again and I strongly advise others to avoid them.
This business engages in unfair practices. They attempted to hold me responsible for damages I did not cause and acted unethically during the entire process. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
