They want to do business but Lyft refuses to give a phone number for this location. They tell you to return the car to the pick-up address 8201 Leesburg Pike but that is not listed on the list of tow options as a destination. The phone number they give asks if you can receive text messages as the fastest way to request a tow. This leads you to the website. You might be on hold for nearly ten minutes but stick it out because a live person will help better than the online system with no accomodations to type in the Flex drive ... read more
I love lyft however flexdrive is another thing they never give you print out of the tickets you have and gives you all these ridiculous charges..And let's not forget you can't speak to anyone about your issues..I got 3 tickets in the same day that is crazy...no one to speak to very Poor service when it comes to flexdrive
Suelen ser inconsistentes con su ayuda, no tienen atención vía telefónica, nunca responden los correos electrónicos, si necesitas algo tienes que ir hasta allá y cobran más de lo que deberían yo en lo personal no los recomiendo
