I want to shout out Juan from Lyft Flex Drive for going above and beyond. When I went in to rent my vehicle, he didn’t just hand me keys — he explained the process thoroughly, anticipated possible issues, and made sure I was fully informed. When a system error popped up, he took full ownership. He scheduled my dealership appointment, arranged transportation to and from the dealer, and followed up with me personally. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but it's needed in cases like this. If I could give -1 million stars, I definitely would. So, supervisor Brandon ("I won't share my last name" and "I don't give out my email because I don't want to be harassed" by customers/clients), this one's dedicated to you. This is the worst deal ever! It's a trap! Don't do it! I had an accident. Flex Drive road side assistance towed the wrecked car from the accident. The insurance covered 100% of the damage but they continued charging me rent for 4 more weeks. Now they're charging me $500 dollars to repossess the car even though they had the car since the day of the accident. Now I have lost 5 weeks of work and Lyft and Flex Drive say I owe them over $2,000. I have a family that I can't earn any money to support. My wife had to pawn her we... read more

I usually don’t do reviews but this situation needs to be addressed. I recently just started driving for Lyft. The day I picked up the car I waited 5 hours to get the car. They had to fix the breaks and put tires on. The brother who was working took care of me and he was super cool so I didn’t mind it. I believe is name was Rob. Took some money off the rental and all that for the inconvenience. Today, 1/21/22 I notice that the breaks are BAD, I drive there and it’s packed. I had the worst experience ever! I made a reservation and I made a deposit online 3 days ago and I had an appointment today to pick up the car!! Unprofessionally they texted me 30 mins before my appointment time while I was driving to the location to inform me that they don’t have a car at this time!!!! I got there and they handled it very poorly, they didn’t even accommodate me driving for 30 mins to get there!
