The classes and instructors are great, but you better be in it for the long haul, because getting your membership cancelled is near impossible.
Free parking and easy to find! They have several varied movement spaces within one building. It’s great they have showers too!
Popped in while visiting Lansing. This gym is FANTASTIC! I was sent a text to confirm my first visit; given a tour when I arrived, and made to feel welcome. Morgan is a OUTSTANDING instructor who kept the energy high and cues on point. Great music, great workout. Overall - I rate this a 10/10 experience. I will be back!
Tired FLEXcity for the first time and it was great! The instructor who was also the owner, Jenny, super kind, inviting and helpful, as well as everyone else who attended class! Definitely challenged me, but allowed me to work at my own pace and level in which my body needed. I would definitely go back!
