I had a great experience buying my Mercedes-Benz CLA, thanks to Jas at the dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The definition of a scamming used car dealership. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They sold me a car that I purchased in full that ended up getting repossessed FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Leaving me out of a car, all my money and no explanation. Areeb the owner has failed contact me back and follow up with promises numerous times. The dealership is under investigation and will probably close down in a short matter of time. There are a million other used car dealerships. FIND ANOTHER ONE TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED.
DESERVES 0 STARS!!! I was interested in a vehicle. The sales rep really pushed for me to etransfer a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the car as it had “lots of interest” so I sent the money on DECEMBER 9th 2025. Few days later I changed my mind and asked for the deposit back sales rep said okay I will forward your request to accounting and they will send it to you asap. Very unprofessional and disorganized dealership. I went to their Logan Avenue location to view a vehicle advertised on Facebook Marketplace and found the lot completely empty, with the dealership seemingly closed. After contacting them, I was told the dealership was “in transition” and that the vehicle would be brought in the following day.
