Flexcar overcharges, changes prices, and is not transparent in their insurance coverage leading you to believe you have actual liability insurance. Customer service is a failure. I reported an incident with my new car smelling like smoke and fresh cigarettes. I reported as I do not smoke and refuse to be charged a cleaning fee. Do not rent from this company I payed over $10,000 and they took my second vehicle because they wouldnt give me a little time to raise the money. I been a loyal customer since May 2022 when I got the first car from them I decided to get the membership it made the car cheaper each week and miles cheaper then not long after I got the membership they decided to take advantage of me and others who got the membership they decided to raise their prices on the vechles I tried to talk to someone about it and got nowhere.
