Flexcar overcharges, changes prices, and is not transparent in their insurance coverage leading you to believe you have actual liability insurance. Customer service is a failure. I reported an incident with my new car smelling like smoke and fresh cigarettes. I reported as I do not smoke and refuse to be charged a cleaning fee.
