This place provided great service. Every time I went in, I just turned in my receipts and a few minutes later I was issued a check. No hassle. No issues. Now, we have returned after about six to eight months since the last time we got reimbursements. Suddenly each visit is just another excuse after another. I wish I had known how a Flexible Spending Account worked. The information I was given was insufficient. The details of how it works are hidden in the tiny print. I thought I would be able to withdraw my money when my account closed. I got a letter asking me to continue, but NO DETAILS about what would happen if I did not opt to continue my account. This experience has been very difficult for me to process. I cannot imagine any company that just takes your money like this and then tell you too bad you lost it. How do these p... read more

I have a flexible medical account with FlexBank. The company I was working for terminated my employment without warning, and I had to discontinue my account. I still have over $600 in it, but I cannot access it. I can only use it for expenses from when I was working, so the money just sits there. I cannot withdraw it. I have tried contacting the company to find out what I have to do to close my account and get my money back, but I get no answer.
