Recently signed up after taking new job in the area. Its MUCH improved since I last took a free trial workout 3 or 4 years ago. The only negative is the locker room area. It's in desperate need of renovation. The lockers are too small and some broken, the sauna is small, the toilets aren't great and should be exchanged with commercial flush valve toilets over the residential ones. For the price, which is higher than Murfreesboro top of the line gyms the locker room area should reflect that. Hopefully that area will soon foll... read more

I was looking into joining a gym with weekly classes near me & found the website for this gym. Looked for the weekly classes online and it said more info coming soon. I decided to call the number on line & the young lady who answered my call was very rude and hung up on me so I called back and asked her what did she say as I did not hear her before she hung up.
