I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I rented a climate-controlled, drive-up unit at Flex Storage from February through July. When I first moved in, the unit was clean, and I had no complaints. However, as the weather got warmer, I started noticing a significant amount of outside debris, pollen, and dirt making its way into the unit. Both ladies I interacted with were sweet & helpful to this older lady (me). Each went out of their way to help me decide what to do and even helped me do something that had been hard for me to get done. So glad I picked Flex.
Three rate increases in 3 years. $170 to $219/month. Moving to new facility in the area for $115/month. Feels like I am paying for the facility expansion in the spring of 2026.
Friendly staff. You need a specific lock for their units, they sell them and aren't priced outrageously. So far so good
Great crew, Thomas, Roberto and Daniel, they were helpful and really go the extra mile for clients. Highly recommend these guys.
