I purchased a 10 x 20 unit for a move my wife and I were making from FL to Ga. The online booking went smoothly. Upon arrival at the facility, the staff was helpful, the facility was clean gated and safe. Location was picked by proximity to my children and this fit the bill. We did find the unit to be smaller than what was advertised. A 10 x 20 was 9'4x 18'. Just keep this in mind when renting. Because of this, I was compensated for the month we used it for only 3 days.
