Great experience at Extra Space Storage on Hart Rd! Yaivetlyze was super helpful, friendly, and made the rental process easy. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend!
I used this company June 2026, they gave me a written estimate with timeframe. The movers took 15mins breaks every other 15mins, then it started raining so working became a safety issue. They called their manager & my time was paused until they could resume work (LIE). When it was time to unload I was given a completely different number ($400 more)..and was told "well they can't unload until payment is received)". Broke & damaged several items. Revised review. The FIRST time I used this company, I gave them stellar reviews since the service received was as promised. (I couldn’t add a separate review so here we are.) SECOND event: I guess the 5 ⭐️ star service promised is for 1st time customers only. I expected better as a repeat customer.
