Absolutely Atrocious! Improperly loaded and literally every single piece of furniture is scratched, ripped, and/or broken. Zero care given and a complete waste of money. The team was in a hurry and did not feel like waiting for a third trailer and tried shoving everything into 2 trailers. Awful! We would have been better off leaving all of our belongings and rebuying everything. What a complete nightmare. Steer clear!
10/10 would recommend using them. I would use them again in the future. The crew showed up early and got all the loading from my house done quickly before heading to my storage unit which they also got done quickly. The crew also packed everything up super efficiently using only a single trailer when 2 were sent due to the amount of items. Thank you to Flex Moving & Storage for making my move seamless and easy.
Best movers ever.... Definitely would recommend.
