Always helpful and a wide variety of exercises, activities and therapies. Modern, clean and small classes.
I can highly recommend this practice. I have had both physiotherapy, exercise physiology and also remedial massage treatments and all were very professional. My partner and I also attend 2 group classes a week, which has assisted us with our physical strength and flexibility. It is a modern facility, always clean and the staff are very friendly. I always recommend to friends and family!
