My experience with Irene is exceptional. For the first time I found a physiotherapist who actually managed to assist me with both my back and hip issues. Irene has given me plenty of great advice, exercises and incorporated some massage to release my muscles, in a very friendly, encouraging and motivating manner. She is a superstar:)
Irene is amazing at quickly identifying the cause of the pain and provides tailored exercises that really help. She’s honestly the best physio I’ve had, and I’ve never felt more confident with my training anywhere else. She’s also very friendly and makes every session comfortable and motivating. Highly recommend! :)
