I absolutely love my new office ! If anyone is interested in looking for a 24 hour secured building, reasonable pricing , and a quiet space to work this is the building for you no doubt . I get compliments all the time when clients come about how nice and clean it is . 1000/10 recommended. Thank you so much to Sandra the building manager as well she is very nice and informative and quick to get things handled !
This office building is professionally ran but the building manager Sandra really makes it feel like coming home. I’ve met the building owners and this husband wife team takes the time to connect with the tenants through their mixers showing that they care to know everyone personally. The free popcorn and soup days as well as other free items add a personal touch and seem to be available when I really need a snack.

The Crane Co. Building is a remarkably, uplifting oasis in Downtown Memphis. The beautifully renovated office building offers its business occupants and guests beautiful office spaces of all sizes, and thoughtful touches like original artwork throughout, Soupe Tuesdays (with gourmet soups free of charge), Yoga Wednesdays, well equipped meeting spaces, and a sparkling aquarium in the entrance.
