Gym was in its own league
Best gym in Manchester! Multiples of every machine I’VE NEVER HAD TO QUEUE - even during peak times. All members respect the gym so it’s clean, tidy and all weight are put away! Everyone is so friendly don’t be intimidated by how big they are!!
Had an absolutely anabolic chest and back day there, I normally go to a PureGym but iron plates and the wide range of Golden Era dumbbells just hit different, they feel heavier but more responsive and more anabolic. Absolutely hammered my lats with the pullover machine, which is practically nonexistent elsewhere. All weights are organised and left where they should be, and the people are overall really friendly.
