I am so grateful to have found Flex! All of the instructors are dynamic, positive, and fun! The variety of classes is so extensive, there is always a class that fits my intensity needs and mood. I love how the curriculum is ever changing and growing, it keeps everything so fresh and exciting. And everyone I have met, instructors and other students are incredibly friendly and encouraging. You really get the feel that the whole class is on the same team, lifting each other up and encouraging each other to excel and have fun.
Love Flex! All the hard work put into the environment makes it feels like home, the trainers are welcoming, kind, warm and patient. Working out can be a very vulnerable thing for a lot of people, especially me. But I feel safe here. Thank you, Flex! I am so grateful I have found my gym home. ♥️
