The best neighborhood gym in Syracuse... I love this Gym, the owner is a great guy, is always there and makes you feel like family.... You can get all the training you need here and if you are like me you will appreciate the down to earth vibe. No one in your face no one tying to hook up at the juicebar .. Its pure and true to the cause! And in a world that seems more and more plastic and fake by the day Flex is a refreshing reality check... What's important to you in the gym? Getting jacked or getting phone numbers?

In my opinion one of the best gyms in Syracuse. Have been to numerous gyms in the area and it is by far my favorite one. Always clean and never to crowded. It didn't look like to much from the outside when I first got there but after giving it a try I will never work out anywhere else in the Syracuse area.

This place is excellent. Having never been to a gym before I didn't know what to expect. The owner Frank knows his members by name and greets them each day as a friend not a dollar. If your looking for a good family gym give this one a shot.

Mr.Dare is always there! The gym is clean the people nice and that is only because Frank OWNS, OPERATES and basicly LIVES at his work. Frank comes from a time when customer service was the only thing you sold. A time when the business felt fortunate you were spending your hard earned money with them.ln these days of l cant believe l was able to get that l-phone. lfeel FLEX GYM is tops in syracuse.
