Great gym to workout at. There are several personal trainers in the gym
This is a great place to workout. Darrin is an exceptional trainer. He structures the workout for my son to benefit his sport. The workouts are tough but not overkill. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get better in their sport.
Do not go here! They make all kinds of promises and act like they’re flexible but they are not. They took so much money from us and even after we moved out of the city, months later they took more money and when we called they said they’d refund and never did. Total rip off.
Great gym to go if you trying to get your body right, trainers will always work with what’s best for you and will push you to your limit
I'd been shopping around for a gym and noticed Flex House on my way to work. After looking online it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for with workout classes that fit my work schedule that was also close to work. Literally the best decision! Loveeee it!!!!
