This place wasn't too bad at all, diamond in the rough if you will, I enjoyed the old school vibe and metal weights. There is not a lot of variety but for true lifters to get a good pump. This is the spot. I would recommend it, it's near the highway and in close proximity to food choices that will feed your muscle after you're done. So I enjoyed it and the music. I will visit again.
I just joined this gym, and it’s the best I’ve experienced in a decade. The friendly staff knows their stuff, and the equipment is perfect for serious lifters. If you want to push your limits, this is the place. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need to get serious about your gains.
