Been going to FlexFitness since day one, and it never disappoints. You might walk in dragging your feet, but you’ll always leave in a better mood. Great coaches, great vibes.
I LOVE this place. I actually look forward to going which says a lot because I go to the 6am session and I really really love my sleep. Everyone is so friendly, the coaches are so knowledgeable and the exercise program rocks! I cannot say enough great things about Flex Fitness.
I’ve been going to Flex Fitness for over a year now, and it’s truly become part of my lifestyle. I love that the workouts change every four weeks ,keeps things fresh, challenging, and fun. The trainers are all wonderful and each has their own style. It is a great gym!
