I started using working with my personal, Amber Laughy and she has done an outstanding job of understanding my physical limitation which includes a right knee that is bone on bone. The exercise sessions she prepares focuses on my flexibility and strengthening my core.. She is thoughtful and very sensitive to my challenges.
