Flex fitness is the best workout I’ve been involved in. I have been going since they opened and I can honestly say that no workout has been repeated, it’s incredible! The community of members is also amazing! For those gyms that have unfortunately closed recently in the area(alchemy, base camp, skybox) I highly encourage you to try Flex if you’re looking for a new gym. You will love it!
I found Flex exactly when I needed this place and couldn’t be happier. Kayla and Katie made me feel right at home from the first visit. These two are amazing business owners who clearly put their heart and soul into it, creating community and making the experience fun at every visit. I look forward to coming to every class and I’m deeply grateful to have a welcoming, rewarding fitness experience.
This place has the best energy!! The coach’s are great to help you learn the exercises and push you to work hard! The music and vibes are also awesome!! I would totally recommend!
