I have had a membership here for my business partner and I for over 2 years now. Suddenly this July and August one of my passes stopped working. In addition this month I realized that they had only charged me for half of the normal amount. I got ahold of them on 8/21 and let them know of the issue. They responded by telling me “We switched platforms for companies that manage the software to the doors. The second person didn’t transfer over due to a glitchin the system”.
