Was on vacation for a week and very much enjoyed this gym. Had everything, very clean and Mike is a great guy. I’d highly recommend for anyone staying in the area to use this gym
We really enjoy being members at Flex Fitness! Mike, the manager is always so welcoming and great to talk to, we look forward to seeing him every time we come in. He takes amazing care of all the members and truly makes this gym feel like a community. Mike keeps the gym clean, takes pride in his work, and creates such a positive environment. The location is also super convenient, close to both Santa Rosa Beach and Freeport. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Of the two public Gym options in Freeport, this is the cheaper one, and I still don't think it's worth the $45 monthly (Less if you pay 6 months or a year at a time) plus $79 sign up fee. It has everything you'd expect: dumbbells, squat rack, cable machines, treadmills, cycles, etc. What it DOESN'T have is any showers. For this kind of money, I'd expect at least that much.
