Have recently joined here and enjoying my experience so far. Friendly staff always say hello. Some gyms staff are glued to front desk but here they're often zooming around cleaning, engaging with clients or filming some great engaging social media content. Glad I decided to sign up.
Great local gym, staff are friendly and always willing to help out if needed. Love the equipment and always upgrading machines for efficiency and quality training. 🫡 Hands down the best gym I've been too for a long time. Keep it up 💪🤙
Been going to the gym for a year now, honestly the best gym I’ve been too. Everyone is so welcoming, my previous gym was anytime fitness and derrimuts. Flex fitness is better in every aspect
Relatively small gym, good variety of machines, can get a bit busy but is very reasonably priced per week.
