I was a treadmill walker at home for many years somewhat sporadically. My treadmill bit the dust and I was faced with decision to make another purchase or join a gym. At almost 60 yrs old, I had my reservations on a gym membership but decided to give it a try. The experience has been exceptional!!! I am more motivated than ever before and have not missed a single day. The gym is immaculate and atmosphere is peaceful. Great gym ,its clean everything works as it should, best for the price in town ! I have enjoyed while visiting here from Illinois.. The owner is a great guy you will be pleased to meet him .
