This place was once one of my favorite places until the owner became greedy. long story short, greed got the best of her and never came through with her word. Tried pushing me off on another personal trainer that she hired to make sure i paid that person and still paid the gym membership, while i still had personal training sessions left with Ashley. I highly recommend Flex Fitness. I was visiting town for two weeks and I was able to get a visitor’s membership. The gym was clean, had a wide variety of equipment, and everyone was very friendly!!
