Flex Electric provided emergency electrical service for us. During a wind storm branches fell on our power line, bending the electrical mast on our house. BC Hydro was concerned about the bent mast and asked us to get it repaired immediately. Flex Electric came to our rescue and was able to repair the mast in short order. Many thanks to the company for coordinating with BC Hydro and getting the situation resolved quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for any future electrical needs.
Wayne and the guys at Flex Electric recently answered an urgent call for help by local charity of which I am Vice Chair. This was feedback after the job was completed : “They were lovely, friendly guys who showed up when they said they would, kept me informed about the estimated finishing time, asked my permission about the projected aesthetics of the finished work, and tidied up when they left!”
We needed a ceiling fan swapped out and Adam came from Flex Electric the very next day. He was very professional and friendly. Did the job right and we were so happy to have a working fan again. The cost was less than half of what we were quoted from another local business. It is so wonderful to have a trusted cost effective electrician to be able to call. I had an urgent electrical issue at my house with an old outlet that got water in it and became a safety risk. I called Wayne and he was there within 30 minutes. He was professional, caring, and did efficient and quality work. He was able to bring us peace of mind in a stressful situation and we really appreciate it. Can't say enough good things about this experience!
