One of the Worst i have ever dealt with, i was with doug hayes for over 10 years before flex took over and ive had nothing but problems with them. most recently they picked up a 2.2m tall standard size pallet that they knocked over in transit. Rather than telling me or even fixing it they delivered mirrors sideways. most broke. after 8 weeks of "investigating" which was just avoiding my calls they determined there was no evidence they knocked it over, even though they picked it up as a 1.2x1.2m pallet and delivered 1.2x2.2m.... read more
