It was a terrible experience; I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. The whole place is a disaster—there is absolutely no communication. They issued me a fine simply because I had a car missing a bumper, and my bill has already ballooned to over $2,500. They issued the fine without notifying me, claiming the vehicle was "dismantled," yet right in front of their office sits an SUV missing a bumper, and they don't say a word to that owner because that person pays separately for their parking. My gosh what a horrific experience. From the start to even the end was so frustrating. Ross and Brandon were terrible to deal with. Don’t even bother with them. We constantly had neighbors parking in our PAID FOR spaces and they didn’t do anything about it. We constantly had to postpone business because of it and the Hispanics next door that parked in our space as an autobody shop didn’t even care and kept doing it. Disappointing experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, calls went unanswered, and at the end of the lease they attempted to charge fees that were never agreed upon. Despite following all move-out procedures and providing my refund information weeks in advance, I had to reach out after the 60-day window just to get a partial return of my deposit. One of the worst rental companies I have ever worked with. The landlord for the West Valley Location, Ross, took a personal vendetta against us even after we helped him with his car for free MULTIPLE TIMES. The owner didn't seem to care that we were being mistreated, and the office staff, Diana, was absolute no help either. We received multiple parking tickets while other shops, who were doing the same thing, received none. And on top of that, our security deposit was nearly two months late. I had a terrible experience renting with them. The management is awful, the phone number never answers, and when you leave a voicemail, they never call back. If you have the chance to rent elsewhere, do it! I tried several times to talk to Diana, but she never responds.
