The owners ACTUALLY care. I like this place. You can come in, work out and leave with no problems from anyone. I have never met such a positive gym environment in my life. People you dont even know will offer to spot you or give you some pointers. People clean after themselves and the restrooms are very clean. I wish they would add a standing calf raise machine and like one or 2 sit up benches for abbs. Thats the only thing that is missing in my opinion. But you will not find a better gym in pasadena hands down.
Great place, amazing atmosphere. Lot of the people are daily goers, hardworking friendly disciplined people . Helpful if you’d like to grow.
