Recommendedflex-cable is not a good company to work for. They pay there employees like crap, and the benefits don't start after a year. i was a temp for darn near 11 months and they said they weren't hiring but kept bringing in new temps. many hired in employees got away with taking breaks when they wanted but taking an extra 5 minutes to use the restroom was frowned apon. They also don't listen to there employees when they say a machine is messing up, and then make it seem like it's your fault. they don't offer holiday to their temps ... read more
