Amazing gym when you just want to get away from the craziness. They have everything you need to get in a solid workout, and the people there are always friendly and helpful.
Such a wonderful old school gym for Steve's clients! Well maintained and good equipment for anything you need for a great workout. Definitely a great atmosphere and a great owner!
Great atmosphere and well maintained, clean facility. Owned by Steve Spaulding who is an IFBB pro men's open bodybuilder and is still actively competing, so a wealth of knowledge whether it's for general fitness or serious competition.
