This was my first time using Flex Auto Center. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. At no fault of their own, things did not go smoothly with shipping/receiving the part for my car. But Brandon made sure everything got resolved and my car was fixed. Thank you.
Very pleasant staff helping schedule my appointment. No extra waiting for the alignment. Comfortable waiting area and back on the street in 45 minutes! I would give them 6 stars if I could.
