I've been a customer of One Stop Auto & Body in Van Nuys for several months now, and I can confidently say this place lives up to its name. I came here on recommendation from my friend who grew up in Van Nuys. One of the mechanics, Alex is my friend’s family mechanic. The guys here did amazing work, my car battery was diagnosed and replaced because the car wouldn’t start without a jump. They also fixed my dented bumper, a long scratch on the side of my car, a paint stain on the top and cleaned up my headlights. The car looks new again! They were very helpful and were able to get me back on the road quicker than I thought i would.
After ordered part did not quite fit perfectly, Pablo and his team didn’t hesitate & scheduled time to fix the issue at no cost. Their aim to get it right & satisfy the customer speaks volumes.
What a wonderful experience with One Stop Auto & Body Repair. My engine and radiator blew out and the dealer wanted to charge me way too much. I reached out to One Stop and they went above and beyond to find the parts (particularly a low mileage engine) that I needed.
