Those women at Flex get the job done by all means I’ll definitely recommend for anyone to come here to get great quality and sufficient service. These ladies actually care and take the time to seek out their patients needs on high expectations again Flex Audiology gets it done to perfection
My initial visit was great but thereafter I felt like they were money hungry. Kelly McGuire did some adjustments to my hearing aids and said “if you don’t like it then come back and we’ll switch it back .” Well I didn’t like it so I went back to have it switched back and I was charged $115! This was an unnecessary and unexpected charge since I didn’t ask for the adjustment to begin with! I will not be going back there!
Dr. McGuire went above and beyond to make sure that I am hearing the best that I possibly can. Flex Audiology has also reached out to me with emails regarding common things that I might be experiencing with my new hearing aids and how to deal with them. I am extremely pleased with the care I have received here.
Pleased so far, haven't received the hearing aids yet though to give a thourough review.
In the strip mall so a bit tough to find from the highway. Very clean and tidy on the inside and excellent hearing booth. Lisa was an excellent Audiologist, very experienced and professional.
