Great visit. Tested, reprogramed, and fine tuned my Signa hearing devices. All working great. Flex Audiology and staff at Stonecreek office are always excellent. Always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
I am a 67 year old retired sports medicine physician so I have a perspective on health care from many angles. Kelli Mcguire and her staff are simply top notch. I drive from downtown Cincy to Harrison for her expertise. I attribute my high frequency hearing loss to listening to Quadrophenia by the Who on 11 way too many times in adolescence. She has taken the time to p customize my hearing aid program so I don’t miss a thing.
Very informative and I tried out a pair of hearing aids for a couple hours and was very pleased with the results. Ordered a set and going tomorrow to get them set up and begin hearing the things I've been missing for years

Unfortunately, blocked both ear canals by being a little, too confident with some Q-tips…..Dr. McGuire Flushed both ears in a few minutes and then dried them out. Excellent service. Definitely would recommend!
