Very knowledgable audiologist and she answered my questions thoroughly. I felt like I got a good hearing assessment along with service to my existing hearing aids. I was told about options for upgrading, but was not pressured at all.
Taylor was very professional with thorough friendly service and completely attentive to my thoughts and feelings. Thank you, Taylor for working with me.
