I was not looking forward to my hearing appointment today; but I was mistaken. The three women I dealt with at Flex Audiology were warm, friendly and very professional. I am most impressed and will go nowhere else in the future for my hearing needs.
I had a very comprehensive hearing test given by Erica Person. After reviewing and explaining the results I was shown hearing aids and together we picked the one that best suits my needs. I feel that I have received the best service, and I would highly recommend Flex Audiology.
