Erica, Kelli and Ashley were very thorough and kind helping to address my hearing issues. They were detailed and patient as they explained the process and helped me select the best hearing aid for my situation. If you need help with hearing loss, schedule an appointment!
New to hearing aids, the team at flex explained everything very well, spent a great deal of time getting the setting that work best for me. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs hearing aids or us not sure if they need them.
