Dr Erica Person was superior with the testing and answering questions during the testing and during the selection of device and fitting. The support staff was excellent also.
I attended a Flex Audiology seminar on a Tuesday and I received my appointment the very next day. There was no waiting once I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Erica throughly explained the different hearing tests and my results at my visit, no waiting a day or two. I highly recommend Dr. Erica and Flex Audiology to anyone that feels they might have a hearing problem or just wants to get a baseline for future testing!
