Flex Audiology and Kelli McGuire have done a great job with fitting me with upgraded hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 30 years and have severe hearing loss. I also use all the newer technologies like TV links and the Roger table device. Dr McGuire listens to all my questions and finds a way to address them. I got a super price and over the top service, and I thank them. I hear better than I every have.
I have had hearing aids for around 15 years. My audiologist retired so I was referred to Flex. I was very impressed at how updated and modern everything was compared to my former doctor, who I just loved. But the professional treatment I received and how much they really cared about my overall heath was amazing. I would highly recommend them to everyone..
My first experience was great but thereafter I felt like they were money hungry. K. McGuire did something to my hearing aids and said “if you don’t like it then come back later and we’ll switch it back” . So I went back later to have it switched back and they charged me over hundred dollars! Very unnecessary and unexpected charge! I didn’t ask for this change so I shouldn’t have had to pay!
