Hands down the best gym ever everything that a gym should be this is , love the towels the owner's amazing the rates are fair my biggest complaint about a lot of gyms is there's no padding in a lot of the equipment but this equipment is very comfortable to use it even has a digital counter on a lot of them everything is very clean organized honestly no complaints I highly recommend this place I'm very happy here well done guys the gym is amazing thank you

Everything about this gym is what a gym should be don't let the size fool you it's well equipped even a lot of the equipment is digital has a digital counter i travel the us and there is nothing more perfect than this gym this is the best that I have set foot in thanks guys :) way to be

Everything about this gym is what a gym should be don't let the size fool you it's well equipped my only complaint is it's far and no digital scale it's a very outdated scale and it's just weird because everything seems to be new and perfect but that it looks odd lol even a lot of the equipment is digital has a digital counter i travel the us and there is nothing more perfect than this gym this is the best gym that I have set foot in thanks guy :) ... read more

Awesome gym. $10 day passes. Staff was super helpful, even offered me their own personal pre-workout to try. Will definitely be coming back.

I just moved to Reno. I took my son to Flex Appeal and was talking to the Owner and a couple of his employees. Very friendly and helpful! I appreciated them taking the time to talk with me.
