I would strongly caution anyone considering Flex Air for a major home project. What should have been a straightforward $45,000 job has turned into a frustrating, ongoing issue that has now stretched over 9 months. Highly recommend FLEX AIR! The men who replaced my air handler and condenser did an excellent job. They were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to check and notice an issue with the other unit saving me a huge headache! The men were very understanding and respectful regarding my son who is disabled. I would definitely recommend using Flex Air! Thank you!!

Professional Malpractice Flexair was selected to build the HVAC system on a new construction home, we choose to continue to deal with them (despite some unprofessional initial encounters) because we thought it reasonable given they knew the work they did. Unfortunately, we have had major issues with our HVAC since we even before we moved in.
