Highly recommend FLEX AIR! The men who replaced my air handler and condenser did an excellent job. They were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to check and notice an issue with the other unit saving me a huge headache! The men were very understanding and respectful regarding my son who is disabled. I would definitely recommend using Flex Air! Thank you!!

Professional Malpractice Flexair was selected to build the HVAC system on a new construction home, we choose to continue to deal with them (despite some unprofessional initial encounters) because we thought it reasonable given they knew the work they did. Unfortunately, we have had major issues with our HVAC since we even before we moved in. First, and even before closing on the house, the drain pan was constantly flooding causing backups and multiple calls. This has happened at least twice in the last year. These guys are awesome ! They show up on time and got the job done fast. They knew exactly what they were doing finally... Super hot day in Long Island. AC went down, had my three dogs and kids and these guys came to the rescue. I really appreciate it... I highly recommend this company...
