What a great job by Ryan and Flex Air. I’m on their preventive plan with that includes a winter and summer tune up. They called and said it was time for heater tune up even though I had no problems getting through the week of ice and below freezing temps. Ryan found some serious burnt wires that could have caused big problems. Took about 2 hours to fix and price was reasonable. He provided several options for enhancement but no up-sale pressure tactic. I’m very glad to have them providing service to my home
