I had a great experience with Flex Air Heating and Cooling and would strongly recommend them. Jeremiah Masters, the lead installer, did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to walk me through setting up the Wi-Fi controllers. He also made sure everything was done cleanly and treated my home with care. We had Ryan A. come and service our AC system and resolve a confusing situation after the past DIY home owner tried to swap out the thermostat before close. Ryan discovered the mis-wiring in the thermostat causing the heating system and AC to “fight” each other to keep the temperature constant. The fan was on all the time. Flex Air is AWESOME! The price is a little more than the other guys but well worth the service! From the start these guys were on it! Great customer service and the actual work was done VERY professional, prompt, and with very clean, knowledgeable techs that work hard to make us happy. Very much recommend Flex Air to EVERYONE! They offered financing for 1600 and that was awesome. I chose to pay in full but STILL! Great option for expensive repairs or service. Thanks Fresh Air! Great job!
