We’ve used Flex Air Heating & Cooling for several years and have always received excellent service. Our most recent inspection was done by Ryan, who was friendly, professional, and very communicative. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I love this company! We had an emergency with our HVAC. One call and an hour later, Ryan came to our front door and rescue. Our problem? A twenty year old unit that finally gave out. After going over all the alternatives, we decided a new unit was just what we needed. Ryan gave us choices, explained them in depth, went over them again as my hubby and I are octogenarians and one of us, who shall be nameless, is a little hard of hearing.
