He was thorough, professional, and took the time to walk me through setting up the Wi-Fi controllers. He also made sure everything was done cleanly and treated my home with care. Flex Air was able to accommodate the need for a next day service appt. The unit was unable to be repaired as it turned out to be an electrical issue with power to the compressor. I was able to get an electrician out the next morning that was prepared and able to get the unit running with the details Ethan provided, his effort and years of experience in the field were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommended them.

We met Ryan at the Aledo City Limits event and got scheduled for a tune up and unfortunately to us our AC had a couple bad days before that scheduled maintenance event. Ryan was kind enough to move some stuff around in his to take of my family and make sure my kid, wife and dogs were in a cool comfortable house. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable — no surprises, just honest service.
