I’ve been training with Flex Affect for the past month, everything is tailored to you and your goals which I like a lot! I have already been improving towards my goals!
On October 31, 2024 I had brain surgery that ridded me of a faulty vestibular nerve, saving what could have caused a stroke. Through rigorous rehabilitation I was able to reach a point where I could get training. Flex Affect has helped me increase my functional strength, while keeping my dizziness manageable during exercise. The trainers and coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. I’ve learned so much and reached countless goals thanks to this amazing team. Flex Affect has been amazing for my athlete these past 30 days. He has grown in confidence, mindset, and physical gains.
