Flex Effect has been excellent for Tate. After only a handful of sessions, we’ve already noticed improvements in his speed, confidence, and performance in sports. The coaches create a positive but challenging environment and truly care about helping athletes improve. Great first impression with the staff at Flex Affect. Each coach/trainer went out of their way to explain how their training sessions are structured. Our son’s progress in the first month was very impressive while even recovering from a hamstring injury. The updates and enthusiasm there is a great training environment.
