Gavin is in his second month of training and has already made progress! All the coaches Gavin has worked with are amazing; Tre, Mitchell and Cam. Their customer service is top notch as well, which is a breath of fresh air these days. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter started training at Flex Affect to prepare her to play college softball. The coaches have a wealth of knowledge (degrees and certifications) and experience (as former athletes and college trainers). They put her in a small-group program tailored specifically to her sport, focusing on not only metrics-based performance, but also injury prevention and recovery. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment! The atmosphere is incredibly positive and welcoming, making it a great place to work on your fitness goals. Coaches at Flex really care about their athletes, work with them to create not only a 90-day plan but a flexible plan that works when athletes are in the middle of school practices and games. We appreciate their focus on form and technique because what they teach stays with the athlete when they are both away from Flex and from home. Flex has been one of the best decisions our family has made in helping our son to reach his athletic goals.
