My son has been attending this gym and it has surpassed any expectations my husband and I could have dreamed up. The trainers are all fantastic and the opportunity to train individually or with other athletes yields an amazing flexibility. We have seen so many positives in our son from increased confidence to pride when he hits a new personal best. Watching him realize that hard work pays off and develop healthy habits has been among our favorite parts of the experience. Highly recommend Flex Affect.

The confidence our son has gained in his abilities is intangible. We have seen major jumps in his strength and athleticism we couldn’t have imagined in such a short time. He’s growing every week and are so thankful for the coaches and staff at Flex Affect for the time and dedication they are putting into our son every week! This is a great program for any parent that is looking for their athlete to improve vastly and help your child know what they are capable of!

My son began working out here 2 months ago and he loves it! He has seen improvement in his body and overall strength. He likes that he can track his progress and talk about it with the team and plans to continue there through the basketball season.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Flex Affect for about a month now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches are amazing! Super knowledgeable, encouraging, and always paying attention to form and progress. After gaining weight over the past year, I was nervous to get moving again, but they’ve helped me regain confidence and mobility. Every workout leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend Flex Affect to anyone looking to get back on track with great support!
