Amazing!! My trainer Brittany is one of the best! While I have always enjoyed working out in the past. I had let my health take a backpack burner these past few years.I was in desperate need of a skilled trainer that would put me back together mentally and physically. On October 31, 2024 I had brain surgery that ridded me of a faulty vestibular nerve, saving what could have caused a stroke. Through rigorous rehabilitation I was able to reach a point where I could get training. Flex Affect has helped me increase my functional strength, while keeping my dizziness manageable during exercise. Flex Affect has helped me reach goals I could not have reached on my own. The friendly, yet competitive atmosphere and knowledgeable coaching staff are a perfect mix to push you to the limit.
