I popped a tire right outside their shop, managed to pull in and Mike helped me out a bunch with getting the spare on and old tire off. Mike had his tools out super fast and got me back on the road way faster than I could have done it myself. I'm really impressed and can't recommend them enough.
By far the most unprofessional body shop I've been to. They sat on my car without doing any work for 3 weeks in July even though they promised a 1 week turn around. So, I took my car back. Then, they apologized and I took my car to them again in August. They sat on my car without doing any work for another 3 weeks - the promise was still 1 week. This is a clear pattern. Unless time is not an issue for you, I would highly recommend to stay away.
Disappointing experience to say the least. Took my truck in for a small door ding seen in the first picture which probably should have been PDR. They repaired the dent and somehow decided to blend paint to the rear door that had no damage to begin with, the paint color match and blend was pretty bad so I took it back and they agreed to fix it. My car looks like brand new. These shops are busy and it’s hard to find good help. Patience helps and also they were more than happy to straighten out something I was a little dissatisfied with.
