Very disappointed with my recent experience. I spent a lot of money on what was supposed to be a bright, front-facing bouquet (with a reference photo provided), but what I received looked nothing like it—mostly greenery with just a few dull flowers. I returned to the store and politely asked if they could adjust it, showing the reference again. They agreed it wasn’t like the reference photo and said they would amend it. I can’t even begin to put into words how incredible the flowers that Fleurus created were for my wedding. They saw my vision and made it 1000x better. The detail, colour and structure were everything I dreamt of. The flowers made the day perfect. People cannot stop talking about them. Thank you so much for making my dream a reality!

Ordered my flowers instore to be delivered for valentines day and they did an AMAZING job. The presentation is amazing and they delivered early so its perfect! The lady instore was very helpful when helping me choose out my flowers, she was also very patient with me.
