I am so disappointed with the flowers I got vs what I ordered. The bouquet I ordered online looks expensive, fancy, and classy. I got a message from the shop owner or worker who told me they were out of white roses, which was fine, I suggested more light pink and coral pink then, no problem. I asked for the white roses (they were out of) to be substituted with with white carnations, which are much cheaper, but didn’t expect a price difference. my bf has been getting me flowers from this place since we started dating and the quality has tremendously gone down. before they used to do a lovely job and the arrangements looked expensive and lux however this time he ordered me hundreds of $$ worth of roses and they look beautiful at first glance but then u start to notice things like hot glue strings all over the roses, extreme inconsistency with color..he ordered me 3 boxes of roses in total, 2 of the boxes included white roses and for one of the boxes they used pure w... read more
