Awful service. I was basically ignored for 15 minutes while I was told to look around in their freezing room for something I might like. Even after I requested for some help, nobody came back to help me. A couple who walked into the store after me, meanwhile, was helped immediately.
I am happy for all who have received wonderful service from them but I just want to share one of the most horrible experience with online flower-ordering service from them (it's on occasions like this that makes me doubt the authenticity of Google Reviews). I ordered flowers online from them at around the beginning of January in 2017 to be delivered to a funeral home with messages.
