Excellent service and beautiful flowers. I was able to order over the phone from the UK to have the flowers collected within 1 hour. Excellent customer experience and very grateful they also spoke English and allowed me to order in English remotely. Thanks again
Nous avions convenu avec la fleuriste qu'elle préparerait 4 bouquets pour notre famille, permettant à chacun des 4 enfants de repartir avec son morceau en souvenir de nos deux parents morts la même semaine. Elle a oublié et lorsque je lui ai rappelé, elle était insolente, désobligeante et ne voulait pas reconnaître son erreur.
