I visited this flower shop twice withing a week! First time, the Asian lady was so helpful, polite, attentive and could speak English. Loved the bouquet she made me. Few day later I visited again, and there was someone else to serve me, she hardly spoke! Was not helpful at all, couldn't be bothered making the bouquet and rather rude! It's amazing how a employee can effect a person's judgment on a place!
