I wish I could give zero stars. This experience was beyond unacceptable and completely ruined my day. I placed an order in person on Saturday for pickup on Monday at 10:00 AM. I was clearly told there might be a slight delay of about 15 minutes, which I agreed to. I showed up after 10:15 AM as discussed, only to be left standing there without any acknowledgment or basic customer service.
