We had a lovely meal at Fleurie. The staff were really nice. Andy served us and he was a real pro, who you could tell took pride in what he was doing. There was also a very friendly woman behind the bar but I didn't catch her name unfortunately. Hugely disappointed that despite multiple visits to discuss serious issues with management, we have been constantly declined the opportunity to discuss. We have also been made aware that our issues with Fleurie's management have been spread across Bermondsey Street to other restaurant establishments, which we find unacceptable. Very poor judgement, accountability and service from a restaurant we once regarded.

Lovely restaurant with delicious food and a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We were seated at a tiny table in the corner where it was difficult to move or even comfortably eat. Our steaks were mixed up, one of our sides took around 10 minutes to arrive, and our starters came almost at the same time as the main courses.
